About the Role
* Lead a high performing team and uphold gold standard patient care
* Partner with the Supervisory Veterinary Surgeon to deliver outstanding clinical standards, CPD frameworks, audits and case reviews
* Work closely with the Practice Manager on financial performance, budgeting, and achieving growth targets
* Maintain practice compliance with AVBC and CVS Clinical Governance.
* Support a positive workplace culture through communication, team meetings, and people development
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service, improve processes, and strengthen client satisfaction
* Represent the practice across the region, championing great clinical outcomes and a thriving team environment.
