About the opportunity 
Due to growth, the Sales Administrator role is a new opportunity within the Oceania region to support the smooth day-to-day sales activities. 
As a Sales Administrator, you will work closely with the internal sales team to provide essential support in sales processing, seek project updates, validate sales activity, ensure our CRM is up to date with accurate information, and ensure we continue to gain efficiencies and improvements in our processes. 
This position is based in Melbourne and may have some occasional travel from time to time. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Process leads and opportunities 
- Liaising with the sales team to obtain accurate and timely information 
- Liaising with the sales team to validate data and project status updates 
- Supporting the sales team to ensure that Salesforce data is up to date 
- Managing and updating changes in the CRM system 
- Working closely with internal operations team members 
- Managing updates for our point of sale (POS) system adjustments for Distributors 
- Identifying and implementing process improvements 
- Utilising various tools and software to enhance productivity and efficiency 
Qualification and Experience 
- Prior experience working as an administrator or similar role 
- Demonstrated to have strong communication skills with the ability to engage with different parts of the business 
- Comfortable with data and data analysis 
- Quick learner in using different systems 
- Passionate about process improvement and efficient ways of working
