About The Role
* Office Administrator
* Full Time, located in Subiaco WA
* Supporting the Work Health & Safety and Organisational Psychologist Team
* Diary Management
* Liaising with clients internally and externally
* Internal and external reporting
* Invoicing
* Ad-hoc projects and general administration support including but not limited to, meeting and greeting clients, answering and redirecting telephone calls, emailing, data entry and file creation, incoming and outgoing mail
To be successful in this role, you will have
* Strong interest in mental health is desirable.
* A friendly personality and be adaptable, highly efficient and above all, a team player
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
* 2 years experience in customer service with driven personality
* Certificate III or IV in Business Administration is desirable
* Experience in group diary management skills
* An ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
* A high level of attention to detail and initiative
* High level of professionalism to work with allied health qualified staff
