About our Role:
We are now looking for qualified Aluminum / Steel Welders to join our expanding teams. This is a hands-on highly skilled role where your attention to detail and pride in your welds truly make an impact. You will be working on quality builds, following client project specifications and industry standards, contributing to products trusted by customers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a consistently high standard across aluminum and steel projects.
* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and build diagrams to understand project and client requirements.
* Prepare components by cutting, grinding, shaping and cleaning materials for accurate, high-quality welds.
* Review and test completed welds to ensure strength, accuracy and compliance with Tuff Australia's quality specifications.
* Maintain welding tools and equipment through regular checks, cleaning and preventative maintenance.
* Work safely at all times by following WHS procedures, using PPE correctly and contributing to a clean, hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
* (Essential) Qualification – Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication
* Solid experience as a Welder, ideally with at least two years in a similar fabrication environment.
* Demonstrated capability in both Aluminum and Steel welding.
* Strong proficiency in MIG welding, TIG experience is an advantage.
* Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical build specifications.
* A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
* Steady hand-eye coordination and well-developed practical fabrication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively on your own or as part of a skilled team.
* Willingness to complete – and successfully pass – a practical welding assessment as part of the recruitment process.
