We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team with a primary focus on sales to corporate customers in the retail, education, government, building management, health, mining, oil and gas markets.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and customer experience. As a Senior Sales Executive at LINK, you'll play a key part in driving the company's growth by owning the full sales process from lead generation through to solution delivery and account growth.
Specifically, you will:
Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline that supports business growth and meets agreed sales targets.
Identify and close new business opportunities in target markets by understanding customer challenges and aligning them with our solutions.
Lead high-level, consultative sales conversations with C-suite and senior operational stakeholders to influence and drive meaningful outcomes.
Present and explain the commercial and operational value of our solutions; particularly around protecting people and assets through advanced detection and monitoring technology.
Develop an appreciation of our evolving product and service suite, including exposure to cutting-edge technology emerging from global markets.
Work closely with our internal technical team to shape tailored solutions that meet customer needs today and can scale with them into the future.
Create and grow recurring revenue opportunities by embedding our solutions as part of the customer's long-term strategy.
Take ownership of the full sales process including prospecting, quoting, presenting, tender submissions, and contract negotiation.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and opportunity tracking in our CRM (HubSpot).
Actively champion new products and services with existing and prospective clients, helping customers understand and adopt emerging technologies.
Collaborate with internal team members to shape proposals, presentations, and customer communications that reflect our quality and customer-first approach.

You'll need strong listening and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the commercial acumen to identify the right opportunities and convert them into lasting partnerships.

You're confident in your ability to lead strategic conversations and have the persistence, professionalism, and commercial focus required to manage an end-to-end sales process. You thrive in a consultative environment and are at your best when collaborating with technical experts to bring the right solution together.
You'll likely bring:
A strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within security, software, or technology-based industries selling solutions that involve a technical component.
A consultative approach, with the ability to ask the right questions, listen actively, and propose solutions that align with long-term customer goals.
Confidence engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers to build trust and influence buying decisions.
Strong negotiation skills, always focused on delivering mutual value.
Curiosity and a willingness to build deep product knowledge to better support customer outcomes.
A strong sense of ownership in a performance-focused environment.
A willingness to do some travel to build and maintain relationships with customers outside SEQ.
