About the Role
As Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of Eureka Furniture's online store. You'll own revenue growth, conversion optimization, merchandising, and the overall customer experience across our ecommerce channels.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution, working closely with marketing, operations, and external partners to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the performance of the ecommerce website, including sales, conversion rate, IPT, ATV and customer experience
* Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies aligned with business objectives
* Manage product listings, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and onsite content
* Optimise the customer journey through CRO initiatives, UX improvements, and A/B testing
* Collaborate with marketing on paid media, email, SEO, and campaign execution
* Analyse ecommerce performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform reporting
* Manage and lead a team of 3 Online support staff
* Manage relationships with ecommerce platforms, developers, and third‐party partners
* Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure accurate stock, prompt order fulfilment, and post‐purchase experience
* Stay across ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep Eureka competitive
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in an ecommerce, digital, or online retail role
* Proven track record of driving online revenue growth
* Hands‐on experience managing a Shopify (or Shopify Plus) ecommerce store Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation
* Experience managing a CRM integrated with Shopify, preferably HubSpot and/or Klaviyo
* Solid knowledge of UX, CRO, and online merchandising
* Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
