Warehouse Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.
* Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying correct quantities and quality
* Accurately recording all stock movements using designated inventory management systems
* Assisting with periodic stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels
The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse. Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
2. Complying with health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment
3. Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals
4. Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in warehouse operations
Key qualifications include:
Requirements
* A minimum of two years' experience in warehousing and logistics
* Must hold a current, valid forklift license and a valid driver's license
* Ability to undertake physical demands of the role
* Proven ability to follow instructions and guidelines
* Awareness of WHS principles in the workplace
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
