Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotions that captivate customers.
* Lead a high-performing team of sales assistants and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure they meet their performance goals.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent customer service and tailored product offerings.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, customer interactions, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
* Support the achievement of company-wide objectives by participating in cross-functional teams and contributing to project initiatives.
