The role
This is a 4–5 month fixed-term contract, working 4 days per week, based at Greenleaves Village in Upper Mount Gravatt. We're ideally looking for someone who can commence within 1–2 weeks.
As our Administration Assistant, you'll be the friendly first point of contact and a key support to village operations.
Your impact
* Welcome residents, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Manage communications and support resident move-in processes
* Assist with organising village events and activities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Village Manager
* Help keep records, systems and information organised and up to date
