Partnered with Rubiks Roofing, we are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join the team in a leading role.You will have a high level of professionalism, representing and promoting Rubiks Roofing in all the communities they work with.
You will be a role model for multiple teams, delivering high standards with strong communication and management skills.This position is full-time, and based in Harlaxton, Toowoomba.Rubiks Roofing's established building team offer both the ability and experience to solve client concerns and deliver results with speed, courtesy and technical efficiency in line with HB39 Plumbing standards.Your duties will include:Manage crews, upskilling team members, and assisting with building team cultureEnsurestrict deadlines and KPIs are met in all locationsConduct weekly meetings to discuss job outcomes and team performanceMeasure jobsProvide quality auditing of jobsCreate roof reportsRectification work -conduct with the teams to upskillBuild better processes and systems to benefit the Rubiks Roofing teamEnsure site cafety and WHS compliance checks across all sitesAbout YouThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in roofing or as a qualified carpenter.You must have excellent communication skills, and be ready and willing to undertake physical work in an indoor and outdoor setting.You will be willing to travel, work in the hot sun, and not afraid of working heights.In addition to these qualities, you will:Have a driver's licenceHave a construction White CardBe safety-mindedBe well presentedHave the ability to pass a Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen, and Police CheckTo apply for an Australian Apprenticeship, you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen with an eligible work visa.About MIGASMIGAS Apprentices & Trainees has been providing quality Australian Apprenticeship recruitment and employment services since ****.At MIGAS, diversity is more than a pledge; it is the foundation of what we do.
