**the role**:
We need an Account Manager who's experienced in managing creative projects and integrated campaigns. Working in the Account Management team, your role will see you connect all of our wires across content, creative, paid media and earned media to help deliver seamless integrated campaigns for our agency and client partners. You'll be the heartbeat of the agency, and someone that focuses on making great things happen.
To add more context, this role will be responsible for:
- Project managing digital media and integrated campaigns; setting overall project timelines and cross-agency coordination of teams and resources to deliver against them
- Working closely with Group Business Director and Senior Account Manager to deliver account management excellence and create genuine and meaningful client relationships
- Working closing with the creative and social team to drive our clients marketing objectives
- Building strong working relationships with internal teams (paid media, on page, creative and content and earned media) to ensure seamless workflow and integration
- Writing insightful creative briefs that excite the team
- Running the day-to-day communications for a small selection of our key digital media clients on all things campaigns
- KPI tracking to ensure we're on track to achieve (and exceed) our campaign targets
- Getting handsy with presenting response decks
- Overseeing our PCR reporting, ensuring we're always presenting actionable insights
- Being resourceful and bringing in the right team to deliver on a campaign brief

**the experience**:
- Creative / social content Agency Account Management experience is a must, with at least 2 years' experience
- Strong experience in managing multi-channel campaigns across social, digital and creative.
- Experience in integrated campaigns that include earned and influencer activity highly desirable
- Nails communications, both internally and externally
- Thinks that tasks and timeline management are a main food group
- Unites around a challenge, and believes teamwork makes the dreamwork
