Job Summary
The Structural, Mechanical and Piping Superintendent oversees operations within the SMP discipline on an EPC project. This includes supervising craft professionals, subordinate supervisors and other assigned personnel to ensure construction performance meets specifications, schedules and expectations.
This role offers a FIFO arrangement in North Queensland with a 2:1 roster.

* Resolving Installation Conflicts and Fabrication Errors
* Providing Input to Quantity Tracking Application

About You
You will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and experience in supervising complex projects. You will be responsible for implementing safety and quality control programs, supervising craft activities and planning manpower to meet project requirements.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record in resolving conflicts, managing budgets and ensuring project deliverables are met.
You will work closely with field engineers, tool managers and industrial relations staff to achieve project objectives.
