Employee Relations Specialist
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will support a high-performance culture and act as our senior specialist in managing high-risk issues such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies and restructures, some senior performance issues, and any other employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the wider teams to execute wider Talent projects such as acquisitions and legislative changes.
* Coach and mentor Employee Relations Advisors.
* Maintain work-life balance with hybrid working arrangements.
Requirements:
* Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation.
* Employee relations case management experience.
* Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements.
* Up-to-date with any relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters.
