SummaryThe Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality construction outcomes.

HEH Civil's project portfolio includes earthworks, road and highway upgrades, drainage and culverts, water and sewer infrastructure, subdivision development, marine infrastructure, urban infrastructure, bridge works, airport precinct upgrades, and broader civil construction.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise site crews to ensure safe and efficient deliveryManage labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors across active work frontsMaintain compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standardsCoordinate civil works including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, and marine/urban/bridge infrastructure activitiesResolve on site issues and support continuous improvementCommunicate effectively with the Project Manager, clients, and stakeholdersEnsure work meets program, budget, and quality requirementsMaintain accurate daily records, reporting, and site compliance documentationQualifications And ExperienceCertificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (formal education requirement)Experience supervising civil construction projects (roads, bridges, drainage, water/sewer, earthworks, utilities, subdivisions, marine and urban works)Proven experience delivering Tier 1 and TMR projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to coordinate crews, plant, and subcontractors effectivelyGood understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality systemsStrong problem solving and decision-making abilityExperience in pipelaying and general civil infrastructure deliveryAbout HEH CivilHEH Civil is a privately-owned civil construction company delivering high-quality infrastructure across Queensland.
