As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and organised Sales Manager to lead our inside sales function and call centre operations. This senior role plays a critical part in revenue growth, membership sales, customer experience and the smooth running of sales processes across the entire business.
About the Role
The Sales Manager will oversee all internal sales activity, supervise our call centre team, and ensure all inbound and outbound sales opportunities are maximised. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver consistent sales performance and strong month‑on‑month growth.
Your influence will span all trades, supporting inside sales staff, developing scripts, driving follow‑ups, boosting Curran Membership sales, and ensuring every lead is handled with premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales performance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and solar
* Manage and coach inside sales staff and lead coordinators
* Oversee follow‑ups, open quotes, outbound campaigns and lead nurturing
* Increase Curran Membership sales through structured systems and scripts
* Analyse sales metrics and implement improvements to boost conversion rates
* Deliver weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews with sales staff
* Evaluate and improve sales incentive programs
* Ensure excellent follow‑through on quoting, invoicing and financing
* Supervise call centre staff and daily operations
* Ensure high booking rates, strong objection handling and customer experience
* Create and refine scripts, talk tracks and outbound offers
* Align call centre performance with company marketing campaigns
* Track KPIs including booking %, conversion, follow‑up success and lead quality
* Maintain a professional, positive and accountable team culture
* Support marketing campaigns to ensure they convert into sales
* Collaborate with GM and trades managers to maintain consistent sales processes
* Review market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
* Provide feedback to marketing on campaign performance and lead quality
