Located in North Sydney What You’ll Need: Know how to help children grow, play and learn (Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education) Have led or helped lead a team before Understand the rules that keep everyone safe and happy Believe that little moments make the biggest difference Previous experience in a leadership or senior educator role (preferred) Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and preschool best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and Anaphylaxis training Why Join Our Client?
