What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to lead and motivate the team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Experience with menu execution, stock control, rostering, and kitchen operations
* A positive attitude and passion for delivering great food and memorable experiences
