Service Leadership Role
The Service Department Head will oversee post-installation activities including service operations, warranty obligations, and client relationships.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Service Department with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.
* Manage scheduling, resourcing, and delivery of service, warranty, and maintenance works.
* Develop strong client partnerships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
* Drive team performance against KPIs including response times, chargeable hours, and contract compliance.
* Prepare and review service quotes, renewals, and variations.
* Report on service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Coach and develop technicians to build capability and performance.
