About the Role

Services Admin is responsible for providing administrative support across various departments of the company. This role requires someone with a positive attitude, strong communication, administrative and organisational skills and who is comfortable undertaking a range of administrative duties. We are seeking someone with a 'one-team ' approach and who understands the impact their work has on the entire service workflow.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Inventory support: Create purchase orders, monitor stock on hand, maintain accurate records in SAP and coordination of half yearly stocktakes.
* Sales support: Process daily production sales orders, assist with customers queries and new vendor/customer applications.
* Services support: Administer access to site requirements and monitor compliance records.
* Management support: assisting management team with customer and supplier documentation, relationship management and other administrative duties.

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

* Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel)
* SAP experience (highly desirable)
* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively
* Detail-orientated, passion for efficiency, excellent time management
