Key Responsibilities

* Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the new hire onboarding process.
* Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee files.
* Compensation & Benefits Support: Prepare monthly payroll data and manage benefits programs.
* Communication: Serve as a liaison between the department and employees.
* Meeting & Event Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings and engagement activities.
* Documentation & Reporting: Draft correspondence and reports.
