* Compensation & Benefits Support: Prepare monthly payroll data and manage benefits programs.
* Communication: Serve as a liaison between the department and employees.
* Meeting & Event Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings and engagement activities.
* Documentation & Reporting: Draft correspondence and reports.
