We're looking for a talented Senior Architect with 10+ years' experience to join our dynamic Perth Studio! This is an incredible opportunity to lead projects and design teams from concept to completion. The position requires an adaptable, well‐rounded individual, with proven experience in all phases of Architectural practice.
This role involves but is not limited to:
* Proven experience across multiple typologies with strong lead design skill
* Proven experience on residential and / or retails projects preferred
* Strong project management, consultant coordination, and interpersonal skills
* Confident in leadership with excellent verbal and visual communication skills
* Proven design capability and creative problem‐solving skills
* Essential knowledge of procurement, construction, detailing and building services
* A good understanding and ability to document in Revitis required
* Proficiency in design software (e.g. Enscape, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Rhino etc)
* Registered Architect is preferred
