Job Title
: IT Transformation Leader
The role is responsible for continually evaluating and refining IT processes and tools to improve technology solutions effectiveness and reliability. This involves managing programs, projects, budgets and improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in an IT senior leadership role and be able to effectively manage vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of strategic IT plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and support.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in an IT senior leadership role, including program management, project management, budgeting and improvement initiatives.
Ability to effectively manage vendor relationships, including escalations.
Experience working with agile project management methodologies.
High standards of professional behaviour in dealings with stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills, especially when it comes to directly addressing user issues.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or similar industry qualifications or experience.
