About The Role As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow and deliver the best care possible.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping design, coordinate and review learning programs that inspire and develop our people
- Supporting the delivery of engaging training sessions – face-to-face and online
- Tracking and reporting on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement
- Working closely with external training providers and subject matter experts to deliver specialised programs
- Coordinating schedules, bookings, communications and events to keep programs running smoothly
- Being the go-to person for the L&D; team – managing queries and our centralised L&D; mailbox
What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and ready to make a difference.
- A sharp eye for detail and robust organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams
- Confidence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical thinking to interpret training data and suggest improvements
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Human Resources (or related field)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded)
