This role focuses on delivering high-quality, safe, and effective responses for women, children, and families seeking support and safety through The Orange Door.
Pay: $***** per hour (attractive hourly base rate)
Responsibilities:
Provide support for people experiencing family violence and families in need of support for the wellbeing of infants, children, and young people.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality responses.
Minimum mandatory qualifications and requirements:
Specialise in working with adults using family violence.
Assess and manage risk using the MARAM Framework and TRAM tools.
Consider the risks and needs of each family member, including children, in context.
Support people to have choice and control where possible.
Promote cultural safety and self-determination for Aboriginal people and families.
Apply the Best Interests Case Practice Model (BICPM) to keep children safe.
Identify barriers to engagement and tailor your approach to reduce risk and vulnerability.
