Qualifications
* Trade‐qualified Chef with 3–5 years experience.
* Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
* Consistent quality production and attention to detail.
* Positive, 'can‐do' attitude and ability to motivate a team.
* Owns traditional uniform and knives.
* Experience in quality a‐la‐carte dining or bulk cooking.
* Passion and enthusiasm for menu planning and improvement.
