Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality & Compliance Specialist to support our Quality and Compliance team.
In This Role, You Will
* Assist in maintaining and overseeing the certification and compliance of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
* Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures to align with evolving standards
* Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure ongoing certification compliance
* Assist to maintain the Document Management System ensuring up-to-date, controlled, and accessible documentation
* Implement document lifecycle controls including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving
* Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits across business units in alignment with the annual audit plan
* Liaise with external auditors and support business units in audit preparation and response
* Track audit findings and drive timely closure of corrective and preventive actions
* Act as the key liaison between the compliance function and the broader SHEQ community
* Facilitate SHEQ forums, communications, and knowledge-sharing platforms
* Support initiatives that drive a proactive culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Essential Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* Experienced in a quality assurance or compliance-related role; prior experience in the security industry is advantageous
* Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Compliance, Quality Management, or a related discipline is preferred
* Relevant ISO (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001) and Quality Management System certifications are highly regarded
* Strong understanding of quality systems, audit processes, and document control principles
* Familiarity with ISO standards and continuous improvement methodologies
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and support multiple functional leads
