As the administrative support to the after‑hours Nurse Unit Manager of the Operating Theatres, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless operations and high‑quality patient care. Working both independently and as a valued member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and provide essential support to nursing staff, managing a range of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across and beyond the organisation will help keep the theatres running smoothly and contribute to an environment where exceptional care can thrive.
Are You the Right Fit?
* You are well organised and have administrative experience within the Perioperative setting.
* You are approachable and hold strong organisation skills.
* Proven experience in a Perioperative setting.
* Ability to work in close consultation with various stakeholders and in a team environment.
* Effective communication skills – verbal and non-verbal.
* Experience with Surginet, eMR,PAS and Powerchart.
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
