You'll work with your front-line team to provide outstanding care to residents promoting a culture of values-based person-centred care.
Through your knowledge youll promote a high standard of quality and compliance ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities.
Youll ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance hospitality and lifestyle programs.
Working closely with your senior clinicians youll lead a team of nurses personal carers and support staff ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.

Youre confident tackling complex and conflicting priorities throughout your day pooling your resources to meet deadlines.
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Current AHPRA registration
Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
Confidence to manage conflict pressures and competing priorities
Ability to provide leadership support and mentorship to other team members
