Reservations Team Leader
This role plays a vital part in delivering commercial results, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage guest and group booking enquiries with accuracy and care.
* Maintain rate loading, market segmentation, and inventory balance daily.
* Monitor and action pending HOTSOS tasks to support operational flow.
* Ensure corporate, FIT, and wholesale rates are accurate across all systems.
* Liaise with Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping for smooth guest experiences.
* Support the annual rate audit process with insights and data accuracy.
* Share best practices and assist in training team members when required.
What We're Looking For:

* Comfortable working solo and collaboratively across departments.

* At least 3 years of experience within Front Office or Reservations.
