Culinary Expert Required
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at HMAS Albatross. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, buffet-style meals for our personnel.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and proven experience in large commercial kitchens. You will also need to possess strong knowledge of food safety, allergen management, and HACCP regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare nutritious and delicious meals for our personnel
* Manage inventory and supplies in the kitchen
* Ensure compliance with OH&S and HACCP regulations
* Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Proven experience in large commercial kitchens
* Strong knowledge of food safety, allergen management, and HACCP regulations
