To provide effective support to the Associate Director, Pricing, General Manager, Motor & Lifestyle Pricing, General Manager, Home Pricing and General Manager, Retention, Analytics & Assurance in delivering Pricing business initiatives.
Position Accountabilities
Provide support to the Pricing Leadership Team.
Coordination of meetings, meeting minutes and department actions.
Calendar management, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordination of team offsites and team building initiatives and providing support to the division EA for division-wide initiatives.
Implement, monitor and maintain departmental dashboards, reporting and intranet pages.
Coordination of HR forms and processes, ensuring the timely submission of electronic forms in conjunction with Payroll, HR and Workforce Planning.
Coordination and monitoring progress of IT and facilities requests.
Support the Division EA in overseeing department Reward & Recognition budgets, expenditure, gift purchases and registers.
Support the Division EA in the monitoring of departmental cost centre expenditure and ensuring timely processing of expense claims and credit card reconciliation in line with company policy.
Provide assistance with business unit events and engagement initiatives including End of Financial Year and End of Year Celebrations.
Travel arrangements including accommodation, hire cars, transfers and chargebacks.
What Experience You'll Bring
Previous experience in a secretarial / administrative role.
Proven diary management and organisational skills.
Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Advanced skill level in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Google software suite an advantage.
Resourceful and logical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure.
Location: Toowong - Close to a variety of public transport and easy parking options, the Toowong office has excellent end of trip facilities (including secure bike storage and showers), outdoor spaces and plenty of modern collaborative areas to work and connect with colleagues.
