Key Responsibilities

* Mobilise projects by managing site access and ensuring compliance with reporting procedures.
* Record site activities accurately, including inventory, maintenance, and safety inspections.
* Provide administrative support to project managers and supervisors.
* Track project schedules, rosters, and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* At least 3 years of experience in site management or a related field.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
