This is a community based role where you will: Manage your own caseload within a structured case management framework Work collaboratively with Child Protection and other stakeholders Deliver culturally safe, trauma informed support Build strong relationships with families through regular engagement You’ll be part of a team working to strengthen practice capability and improve outcomes across the service.
