THE POSITION
* Mentoring and growing your team
* Cost control and financial reporting
* Catering at a high level across retail and functions (internal and external stakeholders)
* Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
* Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
* Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
* Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality
THE PERSON
* Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
* Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
* Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
* Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
