Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Coordinator to join our Urgent Care Clinic team. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administration services, ensuring delivery of exceptional services to our clients and the clinic team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating clinic operations.
* Supervise the support team, consisting of Medical Receptionists and Aboriginal Liaison Officer.
* Reports to the Clinic Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
