Onegroup are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for an immediate start to support our continued growth and help streamline project delivery across multiple job sites.
About the role
This is predominantly an office-based position in Yeppoon, working closely with management, site supervisors, and trades to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week) with the potential for a company vehicle for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing material procurement and supplier coordination
* Scheduling staff, trades, and subcontractors
* Assist with obtaining quotes for tenders and project documentation
* Supporting job management systems and workflow efficiency
About you
* Prior experience in a construction management or supervisory role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Knowledge of or willing to learn digital scheduling or job management platforms (e.g. Ascora, MS Project)
* Building industry experience essential
