About the Role
The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of the pub's operations, including bar, dining, gaming, and staff management. Key responsibilities include driving profitability, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, implementing operational strategies, and fostering a motivated, customer‑focused team. This is a leadership role with real influence over the direction and success of the venue.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Hotel or Venue Manager in a busy pub, club, or hospitality environment
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L; management and KPI tracking
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Sound knowledge of licensing, gaming, and compliance requirements
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to maintain high standards across all operations
