Job Title: Facilities Management Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Management Operations Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites.
Key Duties include:
* Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of facilities management teams
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Assist with audits and inspections
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including agency representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Monitor and report on the delivery of programmed work by subcontracted providers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in facilities management or a related field
* Trade background desirable
* Project management qualification or demonstrated experience in relevant industry
* Current driver's license required
