The Role

We are seeking a Sales Director to drive new business growth across Australia, focusing on large listed and private companies. This is a contract role with an attractive retainer plus commission, negotiable for the right candidate and offering flexibility to work from any location in Australia.

YourKey Responsibilities

* Develop sales plans for ASX-listed and large private companies
* Identify and engage senior decision-makers (Chairs, NEDs, MDs / CEOs) in target organisations
* Develop tailored proposals and close high-value engagements
* Collaborate with our practice directors to align client needs with service delivery

About You

* Proven track record in B2B sales where minimum engagement spent is AUD100,000, ideally in professional services
* Strong network within ASX-listed and large private companies
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* History of successful use of CRM or equivalent prospect management systems.
