MUJI Retail Australia are looking for Department Supervisors to join our teams in New South Wales (The Galeries) and Victoria (Emporium, Chadstone, and Knox)

As a Department Supervisor, your core responsibilities will be to:
* Deliver warm, thoughtful service that helps customers find what they need and discover what they love
* Guide and support the team on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Work closely with your team and leaders to create a positive and productive work environment
* Create beautiful functional spaces and promote visual merchandising aligned with MUJIs simplicity and minimalist ethos
* Monitor and manage inventory levels for smooth functioning of the store
* Contributeto creating a positive working environment through effective communication and teamwork
