This will involve greeting members and visitors with warmth and professionalism, handling enquiries, processing memberships and bookings, and assisting with transactions and cash management.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and possess strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
