The Role:
We are in the market for a detail - driven, proactive professional to support both our Talent Partnerships and Podcast Partnerships functions, ensuring the information, workflows, and coordination behind talent and podcast-creator led activity remain seamless.
You'll play a key role in keeping our talent and creator partnerships engine running smoothly: maintaining accurate information, preparing materials, and ensuring our systems and processes are tight, consistent, and built for commercial success. You'll also help surface insights, track activity, and contribute to the operational foundations that enable our teams to deliver best - in - market campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
Put simply, everything you do is focused on supporting the smooth, accurate, and commercially effectivemanagement of talent and podcast campaigns.
Reporting into the Senior Talent Partnerships Manager, this role works closely with multiple teams across the business, as well as external partners including talent managers and podcast creators. You'll split your time equally (for the most part) across both the Talent Partnerships and Podcast Partnerships teams, two functions that operate independently but rely on shared excellence in communication, coordination, and process.
SKILLS YOU'LL HAVE
You're organised, enthusiastic and keen to learn. You like being proactive, busy, enjoy a creative environment and take pride in getting the details right. Additionally:
* Strong interest and understanding of the podcast, audio, social media, and creator landscape
* Confident communicator who can build positive working relationships with internal teams as well as talent managers and creators
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
* Able to work autonomously with strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident communicator who can build positive working relationships with internal teams, talent managers and creators
* Tertiary qualifications in media, communications, or advertising are desirable but not essential

This is a Full- Time, on-site position. This role is preferred to be based in our Pyrmont or South Melbourne Studios however other locations will be considered. Our teams are dynamic, engaged and highly collaborative and being on-site will ensure your personal and professional career development.
