Fire Service Manager Greater Sydney $140k - $150k Package (Salary Negotiable base on experience) A growing Fire Protection business based in Greater Sydney have recently won a number of new service contracts and so are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor or Service Manager to manage their service division. Key Qualifications & Requirements FPAS Accredited (Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme) – Essential In-depth knowledge and working experience with AS 1851:2012 – Routine Service of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment Minimum 5–7 years experience in the fire services industry, ideally with prior management or supervisory experience Strong understanding of essential fire safety measures, compliance requirements, and defect rectification processes Ability to manage and lead service technicians and subcontractors across multiple sites Proven experience with scheduling, service delivery, and contract management in fire protection Sound knowledge of wet and dry fire systems – including sprinkler, hydrant, fire detection and alarm systems Proficient in preparing and reviewing service reports, compliance documentation, and defect quotes Ability to liaise confidently with clients, builders, facility managers, and regulatory authorities Strong understanding of WHS regulations and site safety requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with service management software (e.g. Simpro or similar) – desirable Relevant trade qualifications or background in fire systems servicing/maintenance This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced service supervisors looking to move into a fulltime management role, or for an experienced service manager looking for a new opportunity to be responsible for the development and growth of the service division.
