About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Shed Installer/Labourer/Roofer to join our team at Valley Sheds' in Lyndoch, SA. As a casual employee, you will play a crucial role in the installation and construction of high-quality sheds and roofing solutions for our valued customers. What you'll be doing
1. Assisting with the installation and assembly of sheds, including erecting frames, attaching panels, and completing all necessary finishing touches
2. Carrying out roofing tasks such as installing and repairing roofing materials, flashing, and guttering
3. Performing general labouring duties to support the installation process, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up
4. Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, following all relevant health and safety protocols
5. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a similar role, such as shed installation, roofing, or general construction
2. Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings
3. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any challenges that may arise on the job
5. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
6. A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
7. White card, Working at heights and scissor lisence required
