As a Digital Channel Optimisation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of search results for millions of people visiting our websites.
The role involves leading SEO performance monitoring, supporting continuous improvement, and working closely with digital and content teams to maintain visibility, accessibility, and user focus across all platforms.
You will need to draw on your experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools to monitor, report, and optimise website performance. Your ability to interpret data, visualise it using Excel or Power BI, and tell a clear story with your findings will drive better customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you will require appropriate qualifications or significant experience in digital advertising, communications, journalism, or another related field. Essential skills include experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics for websites, Microsoft Excel, and SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, or similar.
A desirable skillset includes experience with visualisation tools like Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or PowerBI, and editing and publishing using a large website CMS.
