* We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a well‐established 64‐bed residential aged care facility in Bangalow Village, just 15 minutes from Byron Bay.
* This is a permanent part‐time night duty role, ideal for a confident RN who is comfortable working as the sole nurse on shift, supported by 3 support workers.
About the Role
o Night duty – solo RN on shift
o Clinical leadership and oversight of the shift
o Supervision and support of care staff
o Ensuring high‐quality, resident‐centred care
Roster
o 3 shifts per week (part‐time)
o Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
o Week 2: Monday, Friday, Sunday
o Roster may vary
Requirements
o Current AHPRA registration
o Minimum 2–3 years RN experience
o Strong clinical judgement and leadership skills
o Previous aged care experience highly regarded
Pay Rates
o Year 2: From $42/hour
o Year 3: From $45.50/hour
o Year 5+: From $53/hour
