About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Sheridan team our team at our SHERIDAN Karrinyup Boutique.
This is a part time position offering 27 hours per week, working across a Sunday - Thursday roster, with one weekend off each month.
Duties
- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals
- Store operations including inventory and stock control
- Facilitating visual merchandising to a high standard, following directives and ensuring impeccable presentation of all product
- Maintaining exceptional product knowledge, being able to articulate features and advantages
- Driving a high performing team culture, committed to providing outstanding customer service
Skills + Experience
- Previous people management experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling
