The Opportunity
Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a
Senior Document Controller
to join our Water division supporting the Urban Utilities contract. In this role, you will manage the Program Document Management Framework and support the team in maintaining compliance and efficiency across document control processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects and ensure seamless document management for program success.
This role will be based in the Duncan Street, Fortitude Valley office with WFH/flexible working available for the right candidate.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in a document control role, preferably within the Water & Wastewater industry.
* Strong knowledge of document control systems such as
Teambinder (InEight Document)
,
SharePoint
, and
RedEye
.
* High-level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
* Desirable qualifications include Document Control certification and PMBOK knowledge.
