The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the
CEO
, you'll oversee all production and operational activities at our
Nowra facility
— from planning and scheduling to safety, quality, and people performance.
You'll manage a small team of Leads, ensuring output targets are achieved, standards are maintained, and teams are working cohesively.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead all production and operational activities across the Nowra site.
Manage and develop a team of Production Leads to achieve delivery targets.
Oversee scheduling, resourcing, and planning aligned to our order book.
Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, aftersales, and leadership teams.
Play a key role in shaping and commissioning our
new state-of-the-art facility
.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in
bus, truck, or heavy manufacturing
operations.
Strong leadership, planning, and team-development skills.
Practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail and quality.
Ability to drive efficiency, collaboration, and accountability.
Mechanical, trade, or engineering background highly regarded.
