Support customers to save for, buy, and own their own home or investment property.
Build strong relationships to coach them through the home loan journey.

What will you bring?
Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
Experience working in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise.
Strong customer focus and the ability to network to build customer and community connections.
Financial savvy with keen attention to detail.
Active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and desire to be part of a productive, supportive, collaborative team environment.
